Not Just Any Mother

My mother is a superhero in disguise.
She will always be my number one prize.
My mother gives the gift of education,
I believe she could run the nation.
Her prep is contagious and so is laugh,
Without her I have lost my favorite half.

She was first my mother, and forever my friend.
We will be together until the end.
It has been the best of times, and some the worst,
But she fills me with love until I burst.

She has taught me things that no one else could.
She is full of courage and sister-hood.
She's as gentle as a lamb towards me- her only.
And as bold as a lion when someone is phony.

Mom is without a doubt my dearest friend.
She mends my heart when I am dead-end.
She shows to be kind and loving to all;
Always love mother- she won't let you fall.
