O' América the Great, the Beauty, and the Imperfect

"Columbus sailed the ocean blue, in 1692"

to discover a land as great as you.

I know you have a history of slavery, and evilness,

but eventually life became a bliss.

People of many culture and places

comes to enjoy your grace.

Blakc rights, women's rights, gay rights.

You gave us the ability to fight.

Still imperfect with high unemployment,

deployment, and other un-enjoyable moment,

America the great and beautiful still has time to grow.
