Ode to an Oreo

Crispy crackers coat the cream,

where doublestuff reigns supreme.

In China there are weird-ass flavors,

some are gross, but some you savor.

Green tea, blueberry, and raspberry all,

sort of make your stomach fall.

But ice cream, cake, and chocolate are,

the rulers of oreos near and far.

Thank you oreos for keeping us sane,

in a country where sketchy foods reign.

I wrote this in China on a bus after eating a blueberry Oreo and almost throwing up.
