Oh joy be to the USA

In this time of oppression where the meek is no more

Forsaken feel those of other skin

For a new age has dawn to us than never before

The USA is the country we are in

I ask thee why for such feelings and such pain

To a figure that has played a far game?

For we choose to keep the pain and we do not gain

Either way it goes, he still keeps his fame

This country's our home, home of the brave

However, many are in needless great fear

Fear to the extent that takes many to their grave

Resorting many to remain clear

Fear, fear, and anger and many more

Making one nation to endure divide

Not by violence or propaganda lore

But from a man that full of pride

But I ask thee why, why act like this

Not much can be done but to grow

I am not asking to be oblivious and act like bliss

But just allow the courses of time to flow

Let us seek the joy from any situation placed unto us

Even in the times of great despair

Why we live in a nation, rich and robust

But we choose to fear and act like a hare

Bring the joy of nation like the times of the old

For we endured too much for pity

Our nation is hardy, powerful, with the heart of gold

And we must push aside this "absurdity"

Fair or not, our leader is our leader, much is said

For we are the great United States, our fair nation

Let us continue with our lives instead

And no longer feel that our home is an abomination

Bring joy to ourselves

Bring joy to the USA
