One Pill, Two Pill, Pink Pill, Blue Pill

One Pill, Two Pill, Pink Pill, Blue Pill

They tried to tell me it was a illness
One caused by a chemical imbalance
But I know it had to be something more
What was happening in my head was something of a war
There was one thing they all missed

Their solution being this pill, that pill
One Pill
Two Pill
Pink Pill
Blue Pill

The medicine made me so numb
That I prayed I could just be done
I wasn’t chronically sad
But I was in need a friend
Someone to help my cuts start to mend

I was so tired of being alone
and on my own
I needed someone to reach out
to remove all of that self-doubt

Then one day my savior came
It wasn’t in the form of a god
This person had placed no blame
The took away all my pain
There was no more clouds or rain
They showed me all I could gain

And for that I am thankful
I now have a choice
Forever I will be grateful
People can now see me rejoice

No more will I have to take those downers
So goodbye..
One Pill
Two Pill
Pink Pill
Blue Pill
