One in Spirit

Hebrews 13:5

Your conduct must be free from the love of money and you must be content with what you have,

for he has said, “I will never leave you and I will never abandon you.”

Free

We are one in spirit ... where you are I am.

The only handicap I see ... is the obstacle of the flesh.

Why should it bind me ... I am a free man

to travel in Eternity ... and to rejoice in the best?

I know there is a purpose ... for me to feel confined.

I understand the temporal ... to have a hold on me.

There is a normal tendency ... for me to be refined

and stay around to separate the captured from the free.

It does not mean however ... that the power of the flesh

can contain me all the time and keep me in a prison.

For it has to sleep sometimes ... and when it is under

where does my spirit visit ... is it not up yonder?
