The One who Loved, The One Who Destroyed, The One Who Saved

You were my heart, my mind, and my soul

You were the missing piece that made me whole

You were my stars, my moon, and my sun

You held my love and you were the only one

When you passed I had believed all was lost

I believed that living life had too high a cost

No more could your shining light be my guide

My heart still cried even after my eyes had dried

And I was alone in that black sea for so long

Wailing out to all my woeful mourning song

In this endless cycle, Dead while still living

Stuck within your love I was still missing

And yet there was still a glimmer of light

Within the world, within my soul, within the night

It’s purity clasped my hand above the abyss

And Despite the darkness it still did persist

And as I finally faced the shimmering bright

I was shocked deeply with a familiar sight

You, my dearest, stood with me, unscathed

The one who loved, the one who destroyed, the one who saved
