An Open Letter (take what you will)

Hey,

It has been a while

A while since you have sat down and took a breath.

You are reading this because you feel burdened,

     maybe by something self-afflicted,

maybe by a matter of circumstance.

But no matter.

Do not open that iron-clad door.

Do not let in that visitor who has been knocking.

He may always be there, but you can take Him.

You did it before, you can do it again.

It will be tempting.

But just remember, it is hard, harder than you can imagine to kick Him out.

And the more you ignore Him,

the higher the possibility.

That he will leave.
