Thank you for your service, your noble sacrifice

because of you, I sleep comfortably at night

the land you've defended is the land where I live

the bed in which I sleep is the one you give up to give

your time and your service, and all of your heart

my Dear Veterans, my respect for you comes from all of my heart

I wish I could do more to celebrate and thank you

but unfortunately there isn't much that I know how to do

but here as a writer I will say,
