Peaceful bliss, Painful memories
The trees so tall and full of life,
The birds singing cheerful songs,
The water cool and strong,
The path wide open, but my mind telling me not to go.
As the memories flood back,
I hear the screams,
I feel the pain,
I see his face.
What once was,
Is no longer.
Once was beautiful and peaceful,
Is now hard for me to remember.
His face flashes before my eyes,
As I come back to reality,
I realize that it was all just in my head.
My world of peaceful bliss now ruined with his painful memories..
