Pen to Paper

Bring a pen to paper,

Hear the scribbling sounds

Do it now and never later

What you write may be profound.

Constantly erasing,

The lines you’ve written down

In circles, you are pacing

Throw countless papers on the ground.

You are almost done writing

And are surprised with what you’ve found.

Though these feelings you’ve been fighting,

With your poetry, you resound.
