perceptions

 Let go of your perceptions
they are all wrong

No gold glitters that bright
no diamond is so flawless

But remember the pebble
in all its natural beauty

Only after a lifetime of erosion
could such curves be perfected

Yet there are still rough edges
still more to be fixed than will be

Let go of your perceptions
they are all lies
