Plain Music

I listen to it everyday.

Hearing and feeling what the words and melody say.

I feel it in my body, it starts within my feet

and reverberates to my brain with the meter; the beat.

I connect to the art, the style, the thought.

I connect to the perfection that ultimatley cannot be taught.

People call this a hobby, but I call it a lifestyle.

And some people listen to in when it is only worthwhile.

It is always worthwhile, that is my conclusion,

so when a person exclaims they dont like a song, it causes confusion.

To me, music is infinite. What is there not to like?

Music shouldn't cause anger, depression or strife.

I then realize it is the impression of what they think they hear.

And this, is what causes me the most fear.

It shouldn't be what you hear because music is judgment free.

It should be what you feel that causes you to see.

To see that music isn't just a pass time, a hobby or a thing.

But a way to make you feel so you want to dance and sing.

Music is an emotion that anyone can obtain.

And because of this, music is not merely plain.
