Bars and plates

Never taking any breaks 

All day all night 

The clangs

The bangs

The blood 

The sweat

Never having any regret

Coming into the gym I feel invinsable

Full of rage and unsenseable 

With reckless abandon I punnish the weight

Never letting it win

Heart rate up and I focus in

One more set

One more rep

Until exaustion occures

Hitting the wall is not a reason to quit

Push on just a bit

Failure is the ultament goal

Never ceasing to prevail 

After realizing I am through

A sense accomplishment flows through me
