Sometimes I have hard days,

many times I want to cry,

I can not seem to express myself,

the way I would like too.

Poetry does not need to rhyme,

and that is why I am here.

I need an escape,

not inspiration.

Writing is poetry.

It is the way I communicate,

and that is why I write,
