A Poet's Intention of Writing and Righting Wrongs (An Acrostic Poem by Nikki Rarick)

Location

If today I were a poet I would make a difference.

Ability in my mental agility would impress.

Much admiration and appreciation would appear, but I digress.

Although I am not part of the generation that was lost,

Poetry is in my blood, like Robert Frost.

Obligated to make an impressive impression, I'd put one's thoughts into question.

Existentialists would query and wonder, how into their souls I've managed to get under.

Today I am a poet, and I've made a difference.
