The Pollination of Mother Earth

************************Inspired by MY savior, my grandmother, Nancy Lugo************************

*********************************************************************************************************

"And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man,

made he a woman, and brought her to the man."

Then the LORD thrust his love upon the man and woman

and said then, 'let your seed pollinate the flowers of mother

earth and spread forth your greatness...’

And so they did. They swept up roses and daisies and blue

poppies galore and spread the love to the earth.

Up, rose the children of God, smiling as they pranced, bare,

upon the moist soil and unto the Great Plains...

Mother Earth birthed the children and so they stayed, spread

across her bare chest, breathing in the air through her lungs.

And so, the man and woman each, held hands dancing along the

chest of Mother Earth,

With the children of the LORD till the night came up to the sky and

bathed the world in cool darkness.
