Powerful(less)

My vision may be dark

But here's a spark

To light the flame on a candle of a heart

That's long gone for me now

Once torn asunder

Pain is released from the soul down under

But the pain is only given to someone else

That's how suicide works

Mind over matter

But what's sadder

Is no matter how much you beg

You can't make them stay

Their vision is so clouded

And their troubled soul is shrouded

Stuck in selfish pity

But don't give up on them

They may come around

Or just leave without a sound

Just hang onto hope

And hope will hang onto you
