Put it on paper

Don't let fear

Cloud my mind like vapor

Writing makes it clear

Motivates me to stop staring at blank walls

And to write on blank sheets

When I'm unsure of what to think or do, I stall

I worry that I'd waste my time and suffer defeat

The pen is the key to my release

I write down what's on my mind 

And finally have peace

Instead of keeping insecurity confined

Writing makes me sure

Thoughts in the mind are invisible

But words confirm

They are physical and visible 

I write to reassure

To take action, fearless

Instead of doing nothing, unsure

Freeing myself from stress
