Repeated Miles

Tue, 02/16/2016 - 22:02 -- Boderra

The space between dotted

lines on highways

will soon been endurable

when my frame is

narrow with you

Driving on bumpy

roads with potholes

and loose gravel that

dvidies you and me

in the morning light

through the evening glow

Lines map our love

and stitch each mile

fully together

to bring you closer to me

I wish

to patch these empty cells

to tear away the distance and

eliminate strict hours wheeling

along duplicated lines

reuniting with

the one

that will make me

do it all over

again
