Scars

My life is an infinite number of scars,

Marring the planet upon which I walk.

It’s one after another,

They never seem to end.

Some were caused by others,

The knife of Betrayal,

The blade of Rejection.

But most were self-inflicted,

Self-Hatred and Pain removal.

These scars will never fade,

They will follow me forever.

As long as I shall live,

These scars will always ache.
