I am Short

I've known this for long time but I just don't undertsand

I am Short

But I'm tall in spirit  

I am short

Yet,I reach for the stars and I fall short

No pun intended

I hear it all the time from fellow classmates

Wow,your short! 

I know....I know....I know

I am short

I stand at 5'0 feet,yet I feel as though I am 6'8

What is short?

Short-adjective, small in stature

I am short,but I feel as though I am a giant upon ants

Short

I encompass the word in my warm embrace like a child.

And I appreciate the word "short"

Who else can squeeze into small places? Or not bump their head on the ceiling?

I will appreciate my shortness

I will embody it in spirit and in truth

I am SHORT

Standing up

Here and now

On my own two feet
