Sin of Pride

If pride is a sin.

And a sin is pride.

Then why is it?

That people often don’t have a reason…

To take pride in pride.

To take sin in sin.

And to combine the two?

Together they make.

A web of confuse.

They combust rapidly.

And leave noting but dust.

Throwing everyone in turmoil.

They just…combust.

Why is it that there’s none of that.

For people in this world have developed it.

Pride used to be pride.

In many forms and ways.

And sin used to be sin,

In many size, manners, and acts that have gone astray.

So why is it a sin?

Can you really explain?

Why is it a sin,

Were pride is one, and sin is the other.

But they both now…

Are the same
