Smile

Such a simple thing
A framework of muscle
The will to sing and shine
The urge to dance and dazzle

Kitten paws and morning cuddles
Daring draws to test one's mettle
Growing with a reading tree
Running amok: wild and free

Fight not against the storm
But rather, bend and flow in form
A certain beauty created
From nothing but what's seen as dated

It is the simplest things that reign true
Such as time spent with the one
The one who means so much to you
Who's happiness alone can make you

Smile.
