I want to design,

Blast the room with color

And hope that there is no other--

No job that is different 

As the light in each space.

To be the next HGTV star is a

Goal Worth Obtaining,

The struggles will be real

As the path goes uphill

But I am willing to climb.

Two degrees will be worthwhile,

As I create this life of my own

Something that can't be tamed

As I walk across that Texas Tech stage.

Family screaming and cheering me on--

They were there for me all along.
