As I see the colors in the sky,

lighting up like the forth of July.

I see the wind pick up again,

as the leaves begin to lift.

They flutter,

they whirl,

the wind begins to twirl.

When it ends I hear a snap,

and look over to see a creature.

She's tall,

and lean,

but not at all mean.

Her fur glows in the suns rays,

like a spirit of nature that has come out to play.

Just when I think it's all over,

I see a shadow.

A pair of fawns come out to play,

like it had been ages since they had last seen the day.

As they all play in the sun beams,

I begin to think of how lucky I am to see.
