The Stage at the End of the Hall

Sun, 10/26/2014 - 15:05 -- GrantL

Although school has started

all is not lost.

Summer is over,

but not at a great cost.

For me, there is a stage

at the end of the hall

where my friends and I

will do it all.

We’ve got improv and the play

and memories a plenty.

With theater class throughout the year

life is never empty.

I am happy to say

that without a doubt,

school is not grim

like the plague or gout.

With theater and the arts

I can make it through school.

The adventures we’ll have

will be totally cool.
