Star Baby

Young teen in the streets, looking for love on empty.

Mother's love wasn't enough so she had to leave.

Then she met you, bright eyed beauty.

Never knew she was special

Late night convos, a late night session

Blinds close before her eyes close

Gazes to tall ceilings but who knows

If this will last forever, or will she lose you in this time zone.

If you haven't baby, I know that you're a star.

Dont compare to the top of the shelf, because it will fall on you.

Because you are above the world!

And I see your light through your broken smile.

It's okay to be alone, dont regret the past you have chose.

Love is so hard when it feels like home.

Something familiar yet so unknown

See the past is strong but I can't be broken no more.

Left me on rotation, an uncompleted song.

Blessings from contemplation but now I'm feeling strong.
