Story of The Phoenix

Here is where we begin our tale

Emerging from the ashes

Let our wings kiss the sky

To unify all the divisions

Existence is a phoenix, existing only in the present

In my belief there won’t ever be an ending

So there was never a beginning

We are the moment

Currently existing

Time is beyond comprehension

Who is truly listening?

Not to me, or what I speak, but nature in a sense, so she may breathe

Everybody is trying to be at the peak, but we forget what exactly that means

We will fall, we will die...

We will survive, we will rise!

We are the fire burning inside

As we guide each civilization just to die, so another may stride

But we have to realize, our differences burn inside one another

Underneath that same beautiful sky; we must unify

No matter the price, and I  swear willing to sacrifice

We are the creation of what we view to be wrong from right

Inside of the nation, so what I’m saying is

Civilization is the justification of ethics

As we rose like a rose from the concrete

Busted out of the ashes, spread our wings like Icarus

The sky is so close I can taste enlightenment

It tastes as if Death lay to rest the Lamb of God

On the bed of eternal fire

Father tells me not to fly any higher, for the eternal fire

In the sky, will clip the wings in a blink of an eye

Looking up in disbelief, I fly so high it feels as if I’m a thought in the mind

Feel the fire burning inside, as we kiss the sky

Say goodbye, say hello, just be ready to coincide

Looking at the ocean, as we fall in constant motion

The notion is we break this body

And our spirit flies

To the beautiful sky

We are the anomaly

Death creates life, as life creates death

The circle of life is the moment of a perception

Living as one inside of this beautiful existence

Because we are the fire inside the phoenix

As we try to obtain this balance

Not realizing we are the experience of balance

In a world full of contradictions, the death of the phoenix:

Is truly the birth of a phoenix
