Strength/Agony

Location

It would be blissful to feel your presence as I walk across the stage,

It is quite a shame you could not watch me become a better man the older I age,

The persistance to fight through agony and reject all the blasphemy,

People who tease and laugh at somebody, well I'd rather be me, a theatrical tragedy,

a human in its truest form, who gets to decide what is the norm?,

in any shape or form, I will succeed in executing my dreams and letting the world become adorned,

with Mother Nature's true beauty, time advancing and any peace in the world is news to me,

I write for the people who are oppressed, and the young kids who find no hope in realeasing their depressed, feelings,

Of course my voice has grown hoarse at yelling at the TV screen when starving children are endorsed,

Those advertisers don't really care, but when has life ever been really fair?

It's a pivotal choice to attend college in the search for knowledge and adding to the progress of life,

but it is pointless when one spends half of their working life to pay off college expenses and loans, for kings and quens on foreign thrones,

Of course I want to further my education and become a good citizen,

but it is hard when citizenship feels like imprisonment,

Working a 9-5 just to remain alive,

crossing the threshold with my militant state of mind.
