The Struggle

A silver tongue licks the flesh,
And lets out crimson tears.
The pain you feel brings you relief,
Numbs over all your fears.
There's nothing you can do to help, the problems that you face.
So you go down to punish yourself,
And bleed the tears away.
Its a twisted pleasure, a messed up treasure,
A pain you've come to love.
A sense of control, something you don't know,
The true meaning of.
