Summer Breeze

A car crashed
After being quiet abashed
From a seed of pain
Came an endless rain
That came when needed
And left when unheeded
That came and went with but a seed
That seed became an apple tree
An apple tree that came and went with the seasons
But for natures own reasons
It is by Gods rule
That people are not cruel
That the tree is there
To bear
With kind and loving care
With the leaving of one soul
A new one is born
Our very breath is a gift from god
God has every right to give and take
Just as winter has every right to take the green
From the trees
Just as summer has every right to take the snow
From the Breeze.
