The Sun and the Moon

He is famous:
He is loud and bright.
People are forced to acknowledge the sight of his existence.
Without him, nothing would get done.
Everyone loves the beauty of his entrance and even his exit.
The world quite literally revolves around him.

She is hidden:
She is soft and quiet.
People are too tired to care about her existence.
Without her things would be ok.
In fact, she disappears once a month and no one complains.
But she hears things, oh how she hears what people say.
She never admits it, but she catches every word whispered in every volume as she creeps across the sky.
Always listening for secrets about the stars.
Because people always seem to forget about the dark side of the moon.
