the sun rosein an unfamiliar

the sun rose

in an unfamiliar way,

partially hidden under grey clouds,

light hesitating to reach the cold corners

i left my happiness in your left

pocket

in that jacket

with the threads woven to feel like

home

i'm buried under an empty mempry

and few flashbacks,

places where the golden rays cannot touch.
