A new school year is different for few

 

Almost all kids wakE up at 7:30

 

Almost  all kids drAg themselves out of bed, moaning, groaning

 

Almost all kidS go through a day unchallenged

 

Almost all kids never reallY pursue

 

Almost all kids stay in their comfort zone

 

Almost all kids go through high school like this

 

Am I almost all kids? Nope

 

I’m one of the few

 

One of the few that wakes up at 4:30 for practice

 

One of the few that plunges deep into the freezing cold pool

 

One of the few that works the hardest on every set

 

One of the few that goes to school with every muscle sore

 

One of the few that crawls into bed that evening physically depleted

 

One of the few that loves it more than anything else
