Thank You

Sun, 10/26/2014 - 20:19 -- Maisha

There’s nothing like your smile that can brighten up my day.

There’s nothing like your beauty, no matter what you say.

There’s no one kind like you; no one so loving and so great.

There’s no one sweet like you; no one I can more appreciate.

When I cried about something silly, you were there to cheer.

When I woke up from a nightmare, you fought away my fear.

When I fell off of my bike, you helped me with the pain.

When I dropped food on my shirt you helped me clean the stain.

When I broke something accidentally, you told me it was fine.

When I liked something of yours, you told me it was mine.

You’ve gone through months of hell; nine to be exact.

You’ve gone through so much trouble; and trust me, it’s a fact.

You’ve done so much for me; you’ve gotten me so far.

There’s almost no word I can use to explain how great you are.

You’ve done so much in life just to see me at the top.

You’ve given lots of love and I know it won’t ever stop.

Thank you for all that you’ve done for me.

 I love you mom.
