The internal arena

CC BY-NC
The nature of emotions Go to the gym on consecutive days And when muscles come to motion They come with knowledge of weights They walk through a chamber With a steady framework and they line up To find the strongest competitor the mind Whose only strong by birth They wrestle for the nerves entertainment And the mind overcomes a few challenges Untill the emotions tap in the new oppents Old friends of the mind isolation and state The fight will last long as the life of the mind The wrestle between emotions and states are a fight to the death⁶
