There For Me

To my love,

My nightmare lurks...

The needles and the pain hurts...

Will you coddle me?

As I cry out when the needle pierces me?

Will you love me and be there when it pierces my skin?

Throughout the night to keep me safe as a swift violin?

Shall you look out for me as I hit a low or hi?

As I shake or feel sick or cry?

My love, as you might suffer the same as I do,

Your promises I shall never forget as you woo.

My love you suffer the same,

As you are the same as me

Though you are not any type

You are the type of soul for my light.

My nightmare subsides when near you

As both you and I can start anew.
