There's Still Time
Do you see now?
Our hate is causing people to bleed out.
Our love has disappeared into thin air.
The air which we steal from the lungs of another.
You say, “Be open minded,” but I’ve read between the lines.
If my opinion doesn’t match yours I’m not worth your time.
It’s so sad.
We used to love and discuss, but now you’re mad.
Mad all the time at the blues and the blinds.
Did you open up their eyes with your molasses thick lies?
Just love.
There’s still time.
