These Secrets We Keep

Where would one put their deepest darkest secrets?

Somewhere in their room?

A friend's house?

Their mind?

The fire?

Would they leave it in nature? Would they leave it to disintegrate and be forgotten, just as they would in their minds?

Would they keep it next to their bed in case of an emergency?

What about their phones so that someone will come across it? Or maybe no one ever will.

Some may like to keep them hidden away, while others may like to wear it proudly on themselves for the world to see.

When you're sitting alone in the corner of a room, it makes you think: Where do we put these secrets we keep?
