Throwing Love in The River

Your eyes never lost
the sight of my soul,
as you took my hand
from me, while you wear
my gold. My heart longs
for you, or so I'm
told. 'Cause when I woke
one day, you left me
my gold. I woke this
day. It was dank and
cold. I saw the river
this way. Streaming e'er
bold. Crimson colored
tide, rolling over
my gold.
