Time Flies

Going on trips, having toys, and having fun was all I saw as a child

Having zero cares about reality

Living in my bubble of rainbows and unicorns

Making new friends and hanging out with them

Wow! Ain't life grand.

If life is always this fun now, I'm sure it would still be in the future.

Taxes? House Mortgages? Bills?

What are those?

Mom... Dad, stop worrying about those issues.

Why don't you spend time with me?

Time flies.

Going on trips, having electronics, and having fun

High school dramas

Insecurities

Stress

What are your career goals? What college are you going to? What scholarships have you have to?

Why can't I relax anymore?

Sweetie, we need you need to help us. We can't afford it if you don't help us financially.

Time flies.

I've been yearning for all my time back

Still, as time flew by, I learned.

Learned to deal with my insecurities.

Learned about reality

Learned that life won't always be rainbows and unicorns.

There is a time when we must grow up because the world around us will be too harsh for our covered eyes.

Time flies.

I'm not going to worry about the unknown

I'm going to live in the moment and continue growing as an individual.
