Afraid, Lost, Judgmental, Crestfallen:
These are the reason why many are afraid to speak up.
Poetry allows are voices to be heard,
Without worrying about others beating us down.
Poetry allows an escape,
A way to finally have our opinions listened to.
Poems provide a way to say what I want to say,
Without the fear of losing of my opinions.
Poems are my escape,
Poems gets my small voice to be heard.
