Today I succeeded

I woke up today, I think I won.

I didn't jump to conclusions, like so many other times I've done.

I opened my eyes without desire to close them again.

I stepped out of bed without desire to withdraw them in.

I looked in my own eyes today.

I embraced that I am the Prize today.

I felt the warmth from the sunrise.

I prayed, I prayed, I prayed.

Moments flee but what stays is ME.

So I practice my acceptance speech after victory.

And though all may seem blurry,  at times we truly see.

That in the right mind; every day is tailored so that you can Succeed.
