The Traveler

Mon, 05/12/2014 - 17:37 -- merlin

Oh weary traveler on this moonlight night

Are you lost or do you see the way forward

In this pitch black night on this treeless road

Do you journey to sing a story into life?

For profit and gain from rich patrons of the art,

who love the stories of yonder years.

Or are you out to save a princess or a lost love

from a truly evil creature liken to a dragon.

Whatever it may be just be sure to remember

that life goes on and sleep is needed during

the journey of life and on this quest of yours.

Are the stars shining as bright as day

Where anything is possible is the place

least traveled on this lonely road.
