Treat Her Like A Queen

Thu, 04/17/2014 - 09:34 -- Zoogadi

She feels invisible, unloved.

Confused why no one talks to her.

She may be a little shy,

But why do we treat her like she's debateable?

Let's slow down, Catch another breath,

Take some time to notice the unseen.

Let's treat her like a queen,

When no one else thinks she's worth anything.

Let's treat her like a dream,

Except this time it's reality.

Cause she deserves better words, yeah,

She deserves better words said to her.

It's complicated, they say.

Come on, let's not act that way.

Giving in's not gonna change your name.

Let's not leave the way we came.

Let's slow down, Catch another breath,

Take some time to notice the unseen.

Let's treat her like a queen,

When no one else thinks she's worth anything.

Let's treat her like a dream,

Except this time it's reality.

Cause she deserves better words, yeah,

She deserves better words said to her.
