True Beauty Within

You can call me out my name, but I hope you don't do it for the fame.
Because beauty is something everyone is given.
Skin is no more than just a sheet to cover the true beauty within.
Nestle Crunch Bar, oh so clever
Couldn't thing of anything better.
Your insults won't ruin me, to be honest they just go right through me.
Yes it may sting a little, so I'll stop you right there.
I'll continue by saying " keep going if you dare" I'm not scared or hurt by the words spoke because soon enough you'll know you're the joke!
I'm beautiful inside and out
My beauty attracts haters without a doubt.
My intentions are well meant, my heart is made of pure gold.
My dreadslocks are beautiful so I've been told
I am loyal, smart, strong, brave and bold.
I dream big, "skies the limit"
I think of new possibilities every minute
You can call me lean and lame because I'm not crazy about the fame
You can shut me out, just know I won't scream or pout
Names like ugly, useless, stupid, lame may hurt me but won't knock me off my game
I push pause...
While you froze
Then I preached about how this is the life in GOD I chose.
So those names that you think may hurt take a pause for the cause; it ain't gonna work.
