Tuesday Bliss.

Dawn's rosy fingers streak through the sky

Birds chirping,flowers blooming;southern paradise.

Roosters trumpeting, drowsiness crumbling

Downstairs stumbling, stomach grumbling.

Growing family, think Cheaper by the Dozen

The sun rising up like the biscuits in the oven.

Greeted by mom, a slave to her passions

Sausage and hash browns to my satisfaction

Cheeks stuffed, fulfilled fried temptations

Enough to get through hibernation.

The bus is nearby , a kiss and farewell

Happy go lucky , no need for despair.
