Two Ways

I am Split,

ever since I was young.

Two ways, of thinking.

Everyone's equal,

But not if they are different.

Animals have rights,

But not if they aren't human.

The sky is blue,

But only if I say so.

You can have your

own opinion,            But if ours aren't the same, it’ll be wrong.

Yourself is great,    But only if you're the same as everyone else.

Do what you want,     But it has to be what I tell you to do.

Study,                But only what I tell you to learn.

Speak your mind,      But only if your silent.

I am told to be

what I want,

But how.

What I want is wrong.

Someone will stop it.

I'm not a cookie cutter,

I am split.
