Unspoken Words

Wed, 01/17/2018 - 12:48 -- alysag

Dear you

I’ve always wanted to tell you this

I’ve never known how

Will you accept me ?

Will you still love me?

I remember you once said

You would pray for me

That people were sick

Does that mean you wouldn’t want to know

Where my love goes

Is it that important

You once said you would never let him

Does that still hold true now?

He always said there was still your grandmother's house

I don’t know how I will tell you

Or even when

The mere thought of telling you

makes my legs go numb and turn into jello

Not allowing me to move

My bones turn into dust

My veins go cold

My heart sinks down farther

Than it ever has before

Dear you

I don’t want to lose you

Do you really want to lose me?
